A user who opens an Account must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.You specifically authorize We Pay to request a consumer report that contains your name and address.You must provide accurate and complete information to We Pay.These Terms of Service are a legal agreement (this "Agreement") between you ("user," "you" or "your") and We Pay, Inc. As used in this Agreement, "Service" refers to We Pay's payment processing services, as well as our website, any software, programs, documentation, tools, hardware, internet-based services, components, and any updates (including software maintenance, service information, help content, bug fixes or maintenance releases) thereto provided to you by We Pay, directly or indirectly.
We Pay offers an application programming interface ("API") to retrieve information from or submit requests to We Pay.
The Bank is obligated to pay Merchants under both (a) the provisions of its agreement with We Pay, and (b) the by-laws, operating regulations and all other rules, policies and procedures of the Networks as in effect from time to time (the "Operating Regulations"), that make the Bank responsible for settling with you as a Merchant.
For payments by bank transfer, We Pay initiates the payment process by providing information to the Bank through the National Automated Clearing House (“ACH”). To register, a Merchant provides information, including email address and a self-selected password, in order to create an account ("Account").
We Pay offers the Service exclusively through integrations with third-party websites ("Platforms").
